About
I opened my first daycare at 25. By 28, I had multiple centers — and I was working 80-hour weeks while my 'team' waited for me to make every decision.
I knew I was supposed to be the CEO. But I was acting like the everything-else: the substitute teacher, the bookkeeper, the marketer, the HR department, the one who unclogged the toilet at 7am.
It took me 4 years to figure out the truth that nobody in this industry talks about: the problem isn't your team. The problem is your systems.
Once I installed real operating systems — the kind every actual business runs on — everything changed. My directors started running their buildings. Enrollment held steady through staff turnover. I took a vacation. A real one.
Now I teach 1,200+ childcare owners across 38 states how to do the same. Not through hype. Through the boring, beautiful work of installing systems that hold.
